Principal's Message

Dear Tiger Families,

This month, we had the opportunity to recognize and celebrate our amazing teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week. Our teachers work tirelessly each day to support, encourage, and inspire students both academically and emotionally. They create classrooms where students feel safe, valued, and capable of success. We are incredibly grateful for the dedication, patience, and care they show our students every single day.

We are also excited to kick off our May “Show Up and Shine” Attendance Challenge! The winning class at each grade level will earn a special party, and if our school can reach 90% Average Daily Attendance during the month of May, the entire school will celebrate with a bounce house day! Please help your child’s class and our school earn this fun reward by encouraging and ensuring your student comes to school each day and arrives on time. Every day matters!

Congratulations to our April “Show Up and Shine” pizza party winners:
  • Kindergarten: Ms. Handy’s class
  • 1st Grade: Mrs. Harding’s class
  • 2nd Grade: Mrs. Haynes’ class

We are also excited to invite families to our Madison Growth Parade on May 27th at 1:30 PM. Please join us as we celebrate the incredible growth, learning, and accomplishments our students have made throughout the school year. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Let’s finish the year strong—Let’s go Tigers, we can do it!

Reminder About Toys at School

We want to send a friendly reminder that toys from home are not allowed at school. While we know many items are special to students, toys can become distracting to the learning environment and may take away from valuable instructional time.

Please help us by ensuring your student leaves toys at home. This helps us maintain a focused and positive classroom environment for all learners.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We appreciate your partnership and support!
