Details: Kindergarten Registration is for students who will be age 5 on or before Sept. 1, 2020 entering Kindergarten. Parents are required to bring legal proof of birth date and an updated immunization record to the registration. Proof of birth date includes birth certificate, passport, hospital record, adoption papers, etc. Some paper forms, such as Dental, Medical, Out of Zone Requests, InterDistrict Transfer Requests, and 506 Forms are still filled out on the Registration date and will be provided at the school.
School Zones: The district is working diligently to review the school zones to ensure equitable distribution throughout the schools regarding resources, staffing, and class sizes. The zones for Eastside and Madison for 2020-2021 anticipate being similar to those of Sunset and Millicoma's current zones . Once finalized and approved by the School Board information will be announced.
